A: Yes, as long as the lot is at least 80 feet wide.

A: Yes, Star Homes will build your plan. There will be additional engineer/architect charges. To save some expense, you can modify any Star Homes floor plan to satisfy your needs.
Q: How come Star Homes does not put Jacuzzi Tubs in Master Bath area?
A: Star Homes does not put Jacuzzi tubs in homes that are already built to keep pricing low. We do put a lot of Jacuzzi tubs in custom built homes.
Q: What kind of windows does Star Homes use?
A: Marvin low E ~ double hung or crank outs.
